I spent a few hours going through and sorting my stack of paintings and prints that didn't quite turn out as hoped. Found a few that I might revisit with an open mind.
I've become a bit of a Youtube addict. There are so many wonderful videos of art demos. Loose watercolor painting technique is one of my favorites and the artist Herman Pekel is a complete joy to watch making it work.

A friend sent me a link to a Youtube clip from a wonderful artist from Australia. She has a number of great demos on the site if you like this one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZy9X-wNeLw
I studied art many, many years ago, then drifted away from it pursuing a living. Ten years ago, through a love for photography, I revisited my art and creative side.
In this new adventure, I discovered printmaking. Linocuts and woodblock work hold so many surprises for me.
